Edgehill Village One Homeowners Association

These condos are the last place you want to live. The security, HOA, and tow company are definitely working together desperately trying to get ahold of residents and visitor vehicles making it so family or friends aren’t comfortable coming over and the residents have to worry that when they come out to their vehicle that it’s a big possibility it ‘s gone. They will tow for any reason just to make a profit off of you. Even scoping out the park next to the condos in front on street giving citations and falsifying the reasons why and still towing from there as well. The company is dirty. Their crooked. Towing went from $300 to $600. Everyone in the community should come together and stop them from doing this to people who are fighting daily to make a living and are barely keeping their heads above water. I really hope they get what they have coming to them. A taste of their own medicine.

Security doesn't do anything batteries are stolen from garage openers so you cant get open the garage to get to your vehicle which
then leaves you stranded and then when you contact the HOA they do NOTHING. This is inhabitable living conditions and my lawyer has been contacted and a case is in the process of being filed

Hello. The realtor for Edgehill Village Condo's at 1500, 1480, 1440, and 1400 W. Edgehill Rd. told us that we were lucky our dads condo sold at all due to the fact that the association and management company were so hard to deal with. They were uncooperative and argumentative and their standards were to say the least doubled if not tripled. The board of directors are tenants living at the association with two or more condos that have been acquired illegally. This is called the "RICO" act and should not be tolerated. The association have made rules and regulations that are unreasonable and are the cause of numerous illegal tows and residents being left without transportation all in creating revenue. The security company, the association, and the tow company are all involved and getting a "CUT" of the vehicles they impound illegally and hold hostage.

This Association is a joke! They never do what they are asked but surely take you money when it is due. The staff must be highly inexperienced as well as the board members. The associations prior to this one was 200% better at taking care of business.
