Mission: (1)to educate latino americans regarding their sate and federal constitutional rights(2)to educate the latino american public regarding actual and proposed state and federal legislation, regulations, and governmental programs impacting their daily lives;(3) to improve the daily lives of latino working men and women throught voter education and outreach;(4) to conduct research and publicize the positions of political canditates and elected officials concerning legislation, regulations, governmental programs, and state, local, and federal issues impacting the daily lives of latino americans; (5) to promote civic participation; and (6)to lobby and advocate for legislation, regulations, and governmental programs which improve the daily lives of latino american working men, women, and their families
