Mission: Quality, affordable adult day health care and independent living services delivered with dignity.
Programs: Adult day care program 358 days of service averaging 147 individuals per day. Dlc provided 35,000 noon meals, 66,000 snacks, 95,000 nursing contacts, 28,000 transportation contacts and over a million activity contacts. 80% of clients reported satisfaction with the program. 20% did not respond to satisfaction survey. There were zero with negative responses. Over the last six years the dlc has provided over $1,274,000 worth of free services to individuals needing the services that the dlc provides. Dlc has recently been recognized as an innovative champion and a board member was awarded a national prize for working with others in the community to improve the lives of low income individuals. In 2008, the dlc was recognized publicly as having the best aging, not-for-profit program in the state of oklahoma.
