Causes: Crime & Law, Crime Prevention
Mission: Education and case management of those at risk for criminal behavior
Programs: In 2011, we released groups of offenders and witnessed many successes among these individuals. Our 20-week pre-release program model is evidence based and includes a risk assessment, individual sessions, and release planning. We also continued to offer case management, assistance with basic needs, transportation and job placement assistance post release.
