Programs: Improve a structural model of a purchasing card fundraising system to allow non-profit organizations to allow them to raise donations more efficiently. The purchasing card model was adopted by various institutions and businesses in 2011 and royalty income from this activity was received starting in february, 2012. An agreement was reached with syracuse university to offer a consumer card to their employees and alumni whose rewards would fund scholarships for students starting in 2013. The expenses related to the agreement were paid primarily by the president of community link foundation, who has not yet requested reimbursement or presented detail of expenses. Have an advisory board of experienced business and non-profit organization advisors who met and offered suggestions on implementation of the structural model. In 2011, these advisors were instrumental in devising a model where employees of universities would be offered a consumer credit card whose rewards would be used to fund higher education in their communities. In 2012, an agreement was reached with syracuse university to offer a consumer card to their employees and alumni to be issued in 2013 that would provide education endowment funds for scholarships at the university and help fund programs of the community link foundation. The advisory board assisted in finalizing the agreement.
