Causes: Community Clinics, Health
Mission: The mission of the community health clinic, inc. (chc) is to provide quality, affordable comprehensive primary healthcare services, across the lifecycles and regardless of the ability to pay, to all residence of the allegheny, armstrong, butler and westmoreland counties. A particular emphasis is placed on the low income, underserved, and uninsured populations. Services are provided in a culturally and linguistically appropriate manner without regard to gender, sexual orientation, religious preference, or physical ability. We believe that together we are improving quality of life by providing excellent quality and affordable comprehensive primary healthcare.
Programs: Community health clinic offers needed medical care to patients regardless of ability to pay. Services include physician examination, needed medication and vaccinations, and diagnostic lab testing. A large portion of the services and medical supplies are purchased by the association. However, some of the services and medical supplies are donated to the association.
