The office staff are extremely rude and not helpful at all. I personally have heard them gossip and be rude numerous times -talking about customers that called with an issue or a complaint. They are not in the least bit compassionate. You cannot ever speak to the Vet when your dog has an issue or follow up re a medication prescribed that is causing major side effects!!!! I have spent 2000.00 here in the last month and cannot get a message or speak to the VET when he told me to call with any problems in front of myself, my mother and the VET tech there!!Save yourself major grief and do not go here!!! The office manager L**A in particular is rude and sets the tone for the other staff to be rude as well. The ONLY helpful people here were the VET tech and the vet when you get to see them but you cannot ever speak directly to them to relay feedback. And they don’t call back when you do give them a message!
