Mission: MISSION STATEMENT To provide pre-release and re-entry services to ex-offenders and individuals who are incarcerated. VISION STATEMENT That our clients experience a successful return to the community.

Programs: Cram continues to receive funding january 1, 2014 through december 31, 2014 for its leader project, vocational and educational training of ex-offenders.
cram successfully continues the leader project services in 6 counties in the state of pennsylvania
cram provided services to its clients in 6 counties through its reentry mobile laptop program, computer literacy class, pre-ged one-on-one services, employment assistance and financial literacy. Some of the services were provided through volunteer internship for which a degreed paid supervisor was compensated as an independent contractor
