Mission: To offer assistance with problems caused by illness or social & environmental stress by providing a variety of at-home services.
Programs: Visiting homemakers - trained homecare for acute and chronically ill, handicapped and disabled patients.
meals services - weekday hot meal delivery is provided to clients who are mostly homebound due to illness, physical limitation, advanced age, or inadequate cooking facilities. These meals are funded by essex county, however in some cases health insurance will cover the cost of meals. The meals are delivered on average, between 10am and 2pm to the clients home by trained delivery drivers.
