Mission: The mission of cheyenne and arapaho tribal college is to exercise the sovereign right and responsibilities of the tsistsistas and hinonoel (cheyenne and arapaho tribes) to provide lifelong education opportunities for tribal members consistent with their cultural heritage.
Programs: Encouraged and promoted educational opportunities in conjunction with southwestern oklahoma state university to provide instruction, and educational services to enrolled members of the cheyenne and arapaho tribes.
