Causes: Child Abuse Prevention, Children & Youth, Children & Youth Services, Civil Rights, Crime & Law, Domestic Violence, Protection Against Abuse
Mission: To advocate for children involved with the court system due to abuse or neglect. We accomplish this by providing a trained volunteer that gathers information from individuals involved with the situation and others who have relevant information about the case. The volunteer then writes a report, makes recommendations, appears in court, and monitors the progress of the court prescribed plan.
Programs: Casa is an advocate for children. They represent children involved in the court system using trained volunteers.
