Causes: Animal Protection & Welfare, Animal-Related, Animal Services, Animals
Mission: To provide shelter and care for abandoned, abused, surrendered animals. To educate the public regarding benefits of spay/neuter and find loving, forever homes for the animals in our care and the carroll county area.
Programs: Housing and caring for animals in our care and attempting to reduce the number of neglected animals through adoptions and a spay/neuter program. We received 944 animals in 2017.
