While the mission is to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to realize their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens, this Club doesn’t care about its youth let alone it’s staff. In the past few months employees have been yeeted from the a club like hot cakes. My favorite staff was the Kids Club Director Davis. She was AMAZING!! Always responsible and respectful to our family. She was very transparent with her communication. Always informed us of what was going on with our child, the Club, and community. I’m not sure what happened. One day she was here and the next gone. Rumor has it she was terminated wrongly after Club staff were subpoenaed to testify at a trial. She was only held to make sure camp started out smoothly and then thrown out like trash. The Club never notified staff or families she was no longer working there for the entire Summer. She was told that she couldn’t even communicate with any families. She was completely isolated after going to trial. People are saying a DCYF report was made against her which is crazy because she is the most responsible and hard working mother. Always has been. I don’t know what’s going on in that Club the the amount of good people being let go is fishy. The new CEO CF has caused this once a good place for kids to become trash. I’ll never send me kids there under his care. Davis wherever you are, know who amazing you were and still are. Where you are, they a so lucky to have you!!!
My son used to go to the boys club in Nashua. They kicked him out of the boys club for no good reason they treated my son like he did something bad but he did when my son was going there. The staff there did not do a good job taking care of kids there. I am not happy with the new staff at the boys club and the one name is Erica she treated my son bad.
This particular Boys and Girls club is terrible. Sadly my funds had my child going there for two years. My child was in the main room with ages I believe 7-12 (maybe wrong). Every time I went in to pick up my child I heard swearing from the children IN FRONT of the staff. My child would get picked on by a certain group of boys and I had brought it to the club leader and he said he'd address it, which he didn't. The people that are supposed to watch the children are on their phones usually. The one thing I will say is I'm happy with the foodservice, this does give any child an opportunity for dinners if they don't have them at home. All in all this place is way out of hands and I wouldn't recommend even to my biggest enemy.
My child went to Kid's club for the entire school year last year. While the door locks were not always engaged, and there was some disorganization, the kids were well cared for.
This is not the case for the Kid's Club summer program. I had to pull my son this week after 2 incidents resulting from inadequate staffing, and the clear disregard of the staff that was available.
Most of the teachers/adults all have phones out and in use, which, as of the past few weeks, seems to be more important than watching the children in their care.
I have reported this agency for multiple acts of improper supervision, not knowing where children are within the program, and not locking the doors or checking IDs.
This program has rapidly gone down hill, and it is my hope a reorganization takes place, so that other children are not verbally attacked by older children, proper supervision in the pool area improves and children can avoid being physically attacked by other children on the playground while the "adults in charge" sit comfortably under the pavilion with their backs to the children.
I am FLOORED by the lack of care at this location, save for a few of the teachers.

I've had the pleasure of volunteering at the B&GC for a little over a year and it has been an amazing experience for me. As a chef and cooking instructor I have been looking for an organization whose goals mesh with my interest in helping improve the nutritional value of the foods kids eat. The BGCN had been working to enhance their meal program and the timing was perfect for me to join in that endeavor.
I was invited to evaluate the program, help set goals, and work with the chef to create healthy, made from scratch recipes that the kids would enjoy. The chef has done an outstanding job at accomplishing the goals and continues to move the food program above and beyond our expectations.
The staff has been so supportive of the chef's efforts and the kids have been happy to join as he meets his goals. I commend both the administration and the board of trustees who offer unending encouragement and support.
The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Nashua provides a positive volunteer opportunity that offers personal growth in addition to a sense of accomplishment.

Two short years ago I went on a site visit to the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Nashua as I accepted an invitation to see the renovated facility after my husband & I made a donation. I didn't think too much about it but walked out with a totally new appreciation of what goes on in that building! Patricia Casey opened my eyes to the world of giving in a way I was unaware of understanding until then right there in Nashua...the community right next door! The programs offered, the food served, the opportunities made available to so many young people who may not otherwise have a chance to excel! It was one of the reasons I have chosen to stay connected to the club. They have put together an awesome team to facilitate so much for so many.

The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Nashua is a great steward of donor's money. They spend money carefully, but wisely and are willing to make investments in programs to serve their members. They are one of the leading Boys & Girls Club nationwide and are repeatedly recognized for their programs, leadership and innovations.
