Mission: The blood banks association of new york state is an organization dedicated to improving tranfusion medicine within the state by fostering education and the exchange of ideas among professionals in the field.
Programs: Annual meeting featuring educational workshops presented by guest speaker experts in blood banks and transfusion medical services. There were 100 attendees at the annual meeting and there were 13 educational workshops and 1 poster session offered to attendees who were able to choose workshops based upon their track of interest.
