Programs: The grandview at benefis is a ccrc, a community that provides seniors with independent living facilities that permit them to age in place, while providing access to greater levels of care if and when the resident's physical and mental health conditions dictate. The ccrc consists of seventy-seven "independent living apartments", fifteen "independent living houses", forty-eight "assisted living suites", sixteen "memory support suites", forty-eight "skilled nursing suites" and an array of services and amenities.
cascade ridge senior living is rental housing consisting of twenty one-bedroom and twenty two-bedroom apartments with elevator access as this was identified as a significant need for low-income seniors over ages 55 whose income are 60% or less of applicable area median income.
the personal emergency response and health monitoring services program provides service to enhance the healthcare needs of adult persons in the benefis service area who require a personal emergency response system (pers). A pers is designed to provide the confidence and freedom needed to continue living independently by providing the subscriber with a continuously monitored call system such that there is always someone standing by to assist, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The program also provides medication monitoring and other healthcare monitoring services that assist the individual in maintaining a higher functioning of independent living through automated reminders and notification of health interventions.
