Mission: Austin Parks Foundation builds partnerships to restore, maintain, and improve Austin's parks.

Programs: Austin Parks Foundation's major ongoing programs are: * Action for Parks: APF takes a hands-on approach to park improvement. Using volunteer labor and partnerships, APF makes direct improvements to parks in need. * Partners for Parks Program: APF provides the tools to let citizens participate in the maintenance and revitalization of parks. Services includes Adopt-A-Park assistance, the Neighborhood Park Grants Program, the Austin City Limits Music Festival Grants Program, Fiduciary Services, and the Tool Trailer. * Downtown Parks Initiative: APF makes a continuing effort to guide and advocate for the programming, preservation and redevelopment of Austin's historic downtown parks. * Advocacy: Whether it's bonds, budgets, or bills, APF takes an active, collaborative role in speaking up for parks.
