Mission: Ashtabula county residential services is a private, not for profit corporation that is committed to providing the best possible habilitation, housing and care to people with mental retardation and developmental disabilities. Ashtabula county redidential services corporation is committed to preserving the human rights and dignity of those who receive our services and those who provide the service.
Programs: To provide housing facilities and care as necessary for mentally retarded men and women. Our adult residential program emphasizes family life. The family is important and skills will be emphasized that provide for a cohesive unit, helping, learning and caring for each other. The program is designed to be a living situation where each individual will have the opportunity to develop in self-sufficiency and into a contributing member of our society.
