Programs: The clinics are operated in association with and through the family centers, mexican non-profit organizations, and churches that we work with. They are for the benefit of the people located in the vicinity of these community centers. The services offered include basic family medicine. Also, the medical monitoring of children involved in the related day care centers, students in related schools and their families. Eye care checkups and eyeglasses are provided periodically. Vaccinations are periodically provided and prescriptions and medicines are distributed as available for no charge. Basic hygiene training is conducted and classes are made available to the communities.

education for very low income students to financially assist and enable them to complete secondary and prepatory education in hopes of continuing into college and university. Expenses associated with school operations or tutoring that include maintaining operations in schools for computer systems and training, libriaran, secretaries and teachers/tutors that are not funded in the budget of local resources.

the operating of community centers expenses include utilites for the centers, director of centers operational expenses in managing programs, pastoral expenses, vehicle expense and maintenance. Arrrow outreach partners with mexican churches, community centers, and schools in developing the community but does not own any of the properties or directly employ any personnel.

arrow outreach inc may establish various forms of outreaches to include but not limited to orphanages, ministry to street children, youth and adults as well as other forms of outreaches. The organization's ministry may also include outreaches to those in jail, penitentiaries and other detention or penal facilities. Scholarship programs may be provided to those needy or underprivileged children who are in need of help. No criteria will be required other than lack of finances for such things as school supplies, clothes and medical attention and will not be limited to any class, race, or culture. The organization may form mission teams to facilitate their carrying the word of god to other countries. The mission teams may work with others to help in construction or remodeling of clinics, schools, homes, and/or churches in and out of the united states. The organization may host international conferences to build up and encourage believers in other countries as well as provide training to ministers.
