American Media Institute has been putting legitimate and valid news articles. Accurate and quick reporting on the days pressing issue. AMI is rapidly becoming my most trusted news source.
When I look for a news media source I look for quality in writing and for interesting stories that not every other outlet carry. American Media News does that for me. I really appreciate their historic stories and international stories.
Consistently the folks at AMI write articles that I not only have great interest in but that are a unique approach to a story. I appreciate the stories that they do on the international front, it is usually something that I cannot find anywhere else. Plus I really like their conservative viewpoint. Keep up the good work!
I am enjoying the wide variety of stories that AMI do. They take a different spin that other news outlets which I appreciate.
I find that AMI has a unique approach to the news. They lean conservative and reasonable in their approach, which I like. Many of my friends ask where I get my information, I tell the the American Media Institute Newswire.
American Media Institute is my go to news feed in the morning. In a world full of FAKE news I am glad I have found an outlet that gives a strait forward factual information of the days news.
I find the work by the AMI writers to stand out. They do their research well and when I need a strong reliable source for work I am doing, it is their work that seems to rise to the top.
Unique takes on the news that is actually important. AMI tells stories that the rests of the media ignore.
The information that I learn from AMI’s reporting is unique and stuff I can’t find other places. I look froward to the newsletter that I get daily to link to their latest article.
AMI does a lot of National Security stories that I find very interesting and stories that I don't find elsewhere. As a college student I have come to rely on the reporting that AMI does to help me with my International Studies classes. #GreatWork AMI.
I look forward to receiving the news from AMI daily. They have a unique approach to the news and with fact based reporting. They also have talented writes that I enjoy reading.
This organization has done hard-hitting domestic and international journalism. I read the news wire and they have stories that are under-reported from all over the world.
Very responsive to my inquiries and appreciative of my support. They generated more than a couple of well researched articles that I couldn't ever find from other sources. This gave me a sense I was contributing to the public discourse by providing resources to this organization.
AMI covers interesting topics that you typically don't see in other publications. The AMI Newswire offers multiple articles and fresh new content on a daily basis. The AMI Investigative stories blow the top off issues that are important to all of us -- security, corruption, etc. With many publications simply recycling AP content and looking all the same, AMI content is a welcome addition to the savvy news reader.
The organization has lost substantial donor support after failing to deliver on its promises. It's personnel turnover rate has exceeded 100% in the past 18 months and 3 of its most prominate board members have resigned over management and ethics issues. It claims to place stories in major news outlets but no longer does so. For example, USA Today no longer accepts AMI material because of questions about AMI's integrity. AMI has begun using the GREAT NONPROFITS logo on it's homepage along with fake reviews to imply that it passes an ethics test, they did not and could not pass any such test.
I first started reading AMI's Newswire about 4 months ago. It's a good source for news and interesting, in-depth reporting.
AMI has been a recent find for me. It's provided an educated and level-headed, yet alternative stance on public policy issues. It has been a great resource, especially when reading up on policy for work projects.
10/10 would recommend to a friend.
I first started reading AMI's Newswire about 6 months ago. I've found it to be a good source for daily news and interesting, in-depth reporting.
AMI has a truly global perspective and is filling a much needed gap in the world of journalism. As more and more newspapers fold, there is less investigative work like that which AMI does.
The American Media Institute is willing to do something that few other news outlets do: provide completely unbiased news stories by equally portraying every side of the story without offering its own editorializing to pieces. As someone who follows the news extremely closely, this is incredibly refreshing and I'm glad an organization is finally dedicating time to truthful, meticulous reporting.
The first AMI story I read was a non-partisan story about transgender bathrooms. Highly informative, and it tackled a perspective I hadn't seen published anywhere else. AMI always puts out refreshing, consistent content without ever sacrificing quality. In a world of careless, repetitive digital media, their investigations embrace an old fashioned style of journalism with a distinctly modern touch.
AMI writes compelling stories that challenge the world of journalism. The articles are informative and it's great that they are posting new stories everyday to their Newswire site. I read their stories everyday and feel that I am stimulated by what I am reading. I will continue to support this non-profit and the work that they are doing.
I enjoy the bold approach the writers take in their reporting and their graceful writing. The stories are timely and carefully researched and executed. I check AMI several times a week now and I always find something compelling on the site.
Their articles are educating the public. They engage with their audience in a way that I haven't seen from other organizations. In a time when investigative journalism departments are being closed left and right; AMI gets important information to the audience in a fearless march toward truth.
AMI digs into stories that no one else can or will. When they uncover a story, they can change the narrative completely. Highly recommended.
I try to keep up with current events and as a policy analyst, I really appreciate news stories with great detail and hard facts, not just the usual stories that I can find in many news outlets that all seem to be going for mere quantity while sacrificing quality. I have found the American Media Institute’s articles to consistently give me more information than other outlets covering the same story. Additionally, each article is written extremely well and dives in to such a level that reflects impressive investigative reporting.
Our evolving world is making it more and more difficult for real investigative journalism to remain profitable. We’re seeing a huge decrease in paid investigative journalists, a fact which is incredibly depressing. It’s really great seeing an organization that is working to combat this decline and publish thought-provoking, informative, and, most importantly, investigative papers. To quote their mission, I love that they “challenge the Establishment with investigative reporting that holds the powerful accountable.”
AMI does great work helping to foster the conversation around important events in the media. They have partnered with many different organizations to expose facts and push the limits of journalism. I really enjoy the articles this organization helps to publish. The education of the public is a very important cause.
The American Media Institute is an excellent nonprofit. They consistently publish articles that exhibit journalistic integrity, while researching difficult questions. I particularly enjoyed their article on the government not knowing how much pollution that it puts out from August 13th 2016. I am a big advocate of the work that they do and hope that they continue to ask difficult questions and focus on educating the public about a wide variety of topics. I hope that anybody who reads this review will check out this valuable resource!
