Programs: American heritage girls (ahg) is a national christ-centered character development program with over 33,471 girl members ages 5 to 18. In 2018, ahg utilized over 16,297 trained adult volunteer members partnered with over 1,104 faith based charter organizations in 49 states to accomplish its mission of building women of integrity. The ahg program teaches girls life skills through badge work (172,944 badges earned in 2018), self confidence through outdoor adventures (over 2000 camp experiences offered in 2018) and servant leadership through outward-focused community service (over 651,600 hours served in 2018). In the 2018 program year, girls earned 7,892 level awards and 100 stars and stripes awards, ahg's most prestigious award.
