Causes: Mental Health, Substance Abuse Dependency, Prevention & Treatment
Mission: Alternatives' mission is to provide state of the art alcohol and drug prevention, chemical dependency and recovery services to the individuals, families and community on the east end of long island. We are dedicated to providing services that are affordable, caring, non judgmental professional and culturally competent.
Programs: Treatment: a licensed new york state office of alcohol and substance abuse services (oasas) program to provide medically supervised outpatient chemical dependency treatment and recovery services.
prevention: to provide culturally competent drug prevention education to at-risk youth populations in the east end of long island.
