Mission: The purpose of the housing corporation ("Alpha Corp") is to provide safe and affordable housing for members of the Alpha Chapter of Alpha Chi Sigma (and non-members if space avails).The exclusive purpose of this corporation is to hold title to property, collect income there from, and turn over the entire amount thereof less expenses to the Alpha Chapter of Alpha Chi Sigma Fraternity of Madison, Wisconsin which is a club organized and operated exclusively not for profit, and no part of the net earnings of which insures to the benefit of any private shareholder. The corporation does not attempt to influence legislation, nor engage in political activities, nor engage in any activity which would jeopardize its status as a tax exempt organization under applicable Federal law.
