Mission: The corporation is organized for the following purposes: to distribute monies received in memory of alexander mark lovallo: a) to purchase any type of materials, equipment, furniture, books, etc. That will be enjoyed by children in treatment for cancer at any therapeutic cancer clinic or facility; b) to benefit a child or family of a child diagnosed with cancer; c) to promote reserch related to pediatric cancer at institutions or facilities involved in said research; and d) to benefit institutions providing prediatric hospice care for terminally ill children, as provided for under section 501 (c) (3) of the internal revenue code of 1986. The corporation does not contemplate pecuniary gain or profit, incidental or otherwise.
