Mission: The alaska native women's resource center is a domestic violence resource center supporting domestic violence coalitions in the state of alaska. We work on the tribal, state, federal and international levels to address crimes of violence against women through local curriculum development, policy development and referrals to resources.
Programs: We completed a small contract to develop domestic violence curriculum for kake alaska. We began developing a strategic plan for the resource center. We began developing curriculum and village out reach activities during the last quarter of the fiscal year under a doj ovw grant award.
