Programs: Aiea family center provided meeting and food preparation space to the kuakini health systems geriatric care unit at affordable lease rates for approximately 240 days during the year 2014. The adult care program served approximately 34 people each day.
aiea family center also offers its meeting hall to community groups in the pearl city, pearlridge and waipahu areas. During 2014 the hall was rented by the hawaiian civic club, halau a ala o ka aina ano play learn toddlers program. The hall was provided free of charge to the alzheimers association, the veterans of foreign wars, alanon group, womens christian formation group, aarp and st. Timothys episcopal church, in addition weekend rentals were made to local organizations.
