Mission: The mission of aatf is to access, develop, adapt and deliver appropriate agricultural technologies for sustainable use by smallholder farmers in sub-saharan africa (ssa), through innovative partnerships and effective stewardship along the entire value chain. Aatf has three strategic goals: * objective 1: negotiating access to appropriate agricultural technologies; * objective 2: develop and adapt technologies; and * objective 3: deploy and commercialise technologies for impact. As a pioneer institution to brokering innovative agricultural technologies to farmers, and in particular to resource-poor smallholder farmers, in africa, the foundation upholds the core values of integrity, dedication and accessibility.
