Mission: To foster the growth and development of minorities at all levels of sport through the establishment of job placement services, professional development and diversity and inclusion efforts.
Programs: Ace program achieving coaching excellence program is designed to enhance talented ethnic minority colliegate coaches to become the next generation of head coaches. The program seeks to develop coaches in the areas of leadership, communications, campus and community relations, media training and program management.
