Mission: Debt counseling and education of participants and general public through seminars and individual education programs. Us bankruptcy trustee certification of individuals in need of pre bankruptcy counseling and post bankruptcy education services.
Programs: Credit counseling and debt management services: provided financial counseling and budget review sessions to 1,421 individuals. Education seminars were also provided to 654 individuals through seminars provided to local employers and civic groups.
pre bankruptcy counseling and post discharge financial education: provided bankruptcy counseling services for united states department of justice bankruptcy trustee. We conducted 3,371 pre bankruptcy counseling sessions to determine if an alternative to bankruptcy could be found. All individuals were provided financial and budget advice to meet their obligations after bankruptcy. Provided post discharge financial education courses for 9,679 bankruptcy participants. Course is provided to give individuals financial & budgeting education to exit their bankruptcy and avoid future financial difficulties.
