Nonprofit Overview
Mission: Act Together is a Christ-centered organization dedicated to improving the lives of children in distress while strengthening families and inspiring the next generation to serve.
Results: During our first year, Act Together served over 300 families and over 1200 families volunteered and/or donated to support the ministry.
Target demographics: We serve children in distress including: foster children, special needs children, children from single parent homes, children from low income families, and military children.

Geographic areas served: North metro Atlanta: Cobb, Gwinnett, North Fulton, Forsyth, Cherokee, and North Dekalb
Programs: Birthday Packs year round Christmas Sponsorship Easter/ Spring Fling in March/April Tools 4 School in August Family Fun Festival in October Work Mentoring for single moms Essentials: Food & Clothing for growing kids Get the Grades - encourages children in poverty to do well in school Sports and Extracurricular Scholarships
