Causes: Mental Health, Substance Abuse Dependency, Prevention & Treatment
Mission: To empower the individuals we serve to live their lives to their greatest potential. Our vision statement: we lead in the development and delivery of innovative programs designed to strengthen individuals and build stronger communities.
Programs: Employment services a variety of services such as center based employment, group supported employment, individual supported employment, work adjustment training, job development and placement, supported employment and adult day training. Center based employment- individuals with the most severe disabilities. We provide enumarative paid work such as bulk mailing and secured document destruction. We are serving over 100 clients. Our operating hours are monday through friday 7:00am to 4:00pm. Mission: empower the individuals we serve to live their lives to their greatest potential. Long term goal: prepare and train these clients to obtain and maintain employment.
housing services achieve provides housing to more than 170 individuals in the yuma and la paz community. Housing department provides strength focused services to adults who are smi and their families. Long term goal: focus on becoming independent and having a safe, clean and affordable home.
federal contract program services we are a crp under the ability one program (sourceamerica). Achieve is the custodial service contractor for border patrol, air operations, and yuma proving ground. We employ and train clients on all aspects of custodial services. Over eighty percent of our employees are individuals with disabilities. Long term goal: guide and prepare these individuals with long term employment with other agencies outside of the company.
