I have learn to re-evaluate my life, take lessons from my mistakes, praise God for every blessing, identify my gifts, acknowledge my strength, recognize my call and organize Christ focused future. Thanks Asian Access!
I have now been in country with Asian Access in two different countries. I have been tremendously impressed with the quality of people in the ministry and the real impact the ministry is having. It's strategy of equipping leaders and encouraging them in reaching their country for Christ is profoundly effective. I think their strategy and leadership is as solid as any I have known. I strongly support this ministry and I encourage others to do the same.
Byron MacDonald, Senior Pastor, Rolling Hills Covenant Church
I am a former Senior Pastor of a church in the States who is now serving as a missionary in Ethiopia in the capacity as a leadership trainer and spiritual catalyst. Over the last several years I have had the privilege of working with Asian Access training ministry leaders in both Vietnam and Bangladesh. I am convinced that Asian Access is committed to the Jesus method of making disciples by INTENTIONALLY selecting 10-12 key leaders and RADICALLY investing in them over the course of three years. The broad mix of ministry leaders represented in the cadre of leaders - pastors and para-church ministries - provides a healthy dynamic that nurtures and catalyzes a leadership environment that is challenging and inspirational. For someone who has a passion for leadership development and discipleship, Asian Access is a contagious and combustible methodology that I personally cannot get enough of. My only challenge to the training is that I do not have the opportunity to be at every training and have a chance to see the personal growth and development of every leader. LEADERSHIP is the key ingredient to God's global mission and advancement and Asian Access is on the cutting-edge in mobilizing a movement of global Christian leaders is radically altering the shape of global Christianity.
I first served with Asian Access (then Life Ministries) in 1990, teaching English at a church in Japan. They were incredibly well organized and prepared me incredibly well for my position. That was a summer project while I was still a student. When I graduated, I returned for two years and again felt very well supported and prepared. I got to know others serving with other agencies (mission and secular) and felt that Asian Access provided the best training and support available. Asian Access is very creative and innovative in its approach to ministry and I highly reccomend them as a ministry to support and an agency to serve with.
