Mission: A Diamond in the Dirt Foundation (ADia) - with a four person BoD who proudly represent M&T Bank, Penn State World Campus, Web3NFT Consulting, Science4Data, and the United Nations - is a New York State 501(c)(3) nonprofit foundation with a 509(a)(2) Public Charity Status who focuses on the betterment of the adoption process and connecting extended families. We are exempt from the NYS Federal Income Tax under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501(c)(3). Donors can deduct contributions they make to us under IRC Section 170. We are qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, and/or 2522. We have plans to expand to an NGO for global funding. Responsibilities: design and execution of all legal documents, vendor/client relations, fundraising, programs, company finance management, HR development, and outward expansion & exposure. Being adopted myself, it's very difficult to learn my biological roots so here is where the idea originated from. By creating a website/app, children can have the option to learn about their roots through parental guidance of their parents (adoptive).
