I have been involved with the Jewish Federation for a number of years. During that period I have found them to be caring not only with the Jewish community which it their primary focus, but with the greater community in general. They have provided support services to the area during natural disasters such as hurricanes by opening their facility to the local population at large for use of showers, internet, and electricity charging of electronics. During the current pandemic they have been instrumental in assisting to distribute hundreds of thousand of masks free of charge to the general community. They assist local not for profits in a collaborative and caring manner.
