Causes: Animal Protection & Welfare, Animals, Education, Educational Services
Mission: Maslena Rescue Foundation's mission is to provide a safe environment for unwanted, abused, and abandoned animals. Which will enable a mechanism for livestock education to students through a collaborative effort with Albuquerque Pubilc Schools and other organization.
Results: In 2022 we saved over 200 animals educated more than 170 people, and exspanded our facility with an additional 11 acres. This year we have up to 40 volunteers a week and are growing rapidly. We hope to move forward in saving the lives of all the animals we bring to our facility but we cant do it without you! Join our mission in educating and saving lives.

Programs: We formed this foundation to take care of all the animals in need, but we realized that as much as the animals need us, our volunteers, kids, visitors, and nabiors needed a place like this too. Somewhere we're they can get away make new friends and spend time with the animals. We have helped young and old as we watch them grow in their knowledge. We also notice a sense of peace as well if they drop off an animal or visit for a day. We wish to keep growing, keep saving, and keep helping the community. We are always looking for donations cause our dream doesn't stop here. We would like to acquire more land, build more barns, and give back to the kids' adults that come to Masleña Rescue Foundation.
