Mission: MID-COLUMBIA HEALTH FOUNDATION MISSION STATEMENT To work together with and provide financial support to Mid-Columbia Medical Center in order to provide access to quality healthcare for our community. MID-COLUMBIA MEDICAL CENTER MISSION STATEMENT To lead and act as a catalyst in promoting health for all people. To recognize the individual as a whole human being with different needs that must be enthusiastically met. To communicate a vision of health, art, education, technology and a center for healing which will continually upgrade the quality of life in the community environment in which we all live. To empower people to become partners in their health care. Target demographics: build a healthy community
Direct beneficiaries per year: cancer patients to the tune of $28,000. We provided wigs, gas cards, complimentary therapies and more!
Geographic areas served: The Dalles, Oregon
Programs: Breast Health for Strong Families, Reach Out and Read and many scholarships for local students. We work to support Mid-Columbia Medical Center providing assistance to our patients and our community.
