Mission: Cents of Pride is a unique program dedicated to fulfilling student needs through a reward system that reinforces positive choices and empowers students.
Results: Attendance in schools where there is a Cents of Pride Store grows as much as 1% after the program is implemented. Because students have access to items on site, they are not dependent on transportation to get them the items they need

Direct beneficiaries per year: 4000 students each month at 13 Cents of Pride School Stores
Geographic areas served: Springfield, Missouri
Programs: We provide 13 elementary schools a classroom management tool that works directly with Springfield Public Schools' Positive Behavior Initiative. We serve around 4000 students each month, encouraging them to make positive choices at school. Students then take earned "Pride Bucks" to a school store and spend them on a variety of basic need items, and more.
