I am a US Army Veteran, i served my country willingly. I was asked to play Santa Clause for Toys for Tots, I didn't want to do it. But they said that I would change lives. I said ok, I just didn't want to be the fat guy. So I played Santa Clause, and let me tell you. I saw so many faces light up when I was saying YOOO YOOOO YOOOO, ( the remix Santa by the way) Merry Christmas. The kids faces lighted up that were probably not going to have anything for Christmas. The VST Team truly brought the toys to the kids that needed it. I made so many people smile that day, I did silly dances, and told jokes and had fun. It is gratifying to do for others than to do for your self. Thank you Veterans Stand Together, to show me that we can still serve even after we get out of the service. I will play Santa Clause every year for them. I love you for helping others, I have seen lives changed there, including mine. Thank you... SANTA CLAUSE (me)
One of the worst non profits I've ever been to. I got passed to delegated to jesus, who's horrible at his job. Literally lied to me the whole time and couldn't keep anything straight. Best part was the CEO of this places uses this as a front to keep his actual business full, as he manipulates and uses veteran for security job to which he pays minimum wage for. If that much.
Aaron Thum (apparently he works for here tried to be overly alpha). Him jesus and others tried to gang up on me. Which failed. I actually went homeless because jesus. and others here.
This organization treats all veterans and patriotic supporters with great respect and dignity. Veterans Stand Together organizes amazing veteran events where we can come in, enjoy some food and feel like we are part of a family again. Thank you for all your dedicated hard work!
Veteran stand together is a great place to that not only helps veterans but non vets also. The administrative stuff is very knowledgeable and have tons of resources.
I got the opportunity to volunteer with VST during the covid pandemic. They allowed me to give back to the LA community by hosting events for the communities to get free masks and hand sanitizer to keep them safe last year. I highly recommend volunteering for this organization they have so many opportunities to give back to our community. They also offer so much assistance for veterans to grow and further develop themselves. I will continue to work with this organization every chance I get! The members are like a family full of love and support for one another.

Veterans Stand Together is an incredible organization that provides a haven where veterans can come together and work together to improve their livelihoods. Whether it’s for training or employment services or seeking guidance in the pursuit of services or support. The team is friendly and knowledgeable, and really cares about veterans and their communities.
This wonderful organization brought me on board right out of my undergraduate college education and it was one of the best things that has ever happened to me! Volunteering at VST has been a truly life-changing experience I hope to never forget, the organization is filled with some of the most passionate, kind, and patient people I’ve ever met and they all work tirelessly for the benefit of others. In just the few months I’ve been with them I’ve seen them spread endless joy and invaluable aid to not just everyone in the veteran community, but anybody they come across.
With VST you’ll never find a group of more dedicated, efficient, and kind individuals. They deserve more than I could ever give them and I know anybody who reaches out to them could not be in better hands.
This place helps the community with PPE & resources for veterans and non vets as well. Glad to see a veteran non profit helping the community.
Veterans Stand Together has provided many opportunities to give back to the community and provides avenues for veterans at any point in their lives. They are definitely an amazing group of individuals who actually care about the people they help
This is the first organization I have come across where everyone makes themselves available to Veterans and their immediate needs. From housing and food insecurities, to vocational training and job placement. They also offer assistance with VA claims, financial literacy and free suits to help with job interviews. I first noticed them when they put on a toys for tots event last December. This team truly is a "Unit".
VST has helped many Veterans become gainfully employed. James Smith understands the barriers towards employment and has knowledge of local resources to remove barriers that get in the way of becoming successful. I’m always impressed with their commitment to each Veteran they serve!
