Causes: Education
Mission: The mission of the Gloucester County Special Services Education Foundation (GCSSEF) is to secure and distribute charitable contributions for the educational benefit of students residing in the Gloucester County Special Services School District (GCSSSD) and surrounding special services school districts and their families.
Target demographics: raise funds and awareness, for children and their families
Direct beneficiaries per year: over 500 children, serving 275,000 residents within Gloucester County, NJ.
Geographic areas served: Gloucester County, NJ
Programs: GCSSSD led educational and interactive special needs programs like Respite and Social Skills Groups, community workshops. In addition, we help to support local Special Olympics and Miracle League and provide scholarships to district students.
