CADA responds to the complex conditions created by alcohol and other drug abuse. Further, we seek to reduce isolation, personal trauma, the high prevalence of family violence such as child abuse, spousal battering, dysfunctional family patterns, and the high incidence of mental illness. We will continually remain open to new challenges faced by the population we serve as they become identified through the course of our work.

I worked here for about 6 months. There are so many violations here, it is unbelievable. I reported my findings to their upper management and they fired me. It is very difficult to find a legitimate place to work in the drug and alcohol rehab field. After there was no corrections made on their part, I had to report them to the Los Angeles County Probation Department due to how they ran their Domestic Violence Program. Their Medi-Cal is a mess, and they bill the state for pizza parties or have the clients watch T.V. instead of group time. They give out free sign-ins and so on. I continued to warn their upper management about numerous violations, even after I was discharged I continued to warn them, but they don't care. OH well, I tried.
