Mission: RCF Connects mobilizes the power of connection to build healthy, thriving, and equitable communities. We work to create and support systems built on equity and justice, free from racism, bias, and discrimination. Our vision is for all communities and the people who live in them to build and share power and thrive.
Results: 3,321 hours of embodied leadership coaching for nonprofit and community leaders. Supporting 683 organizational partnerships through our programs and initiatives. Over 800 people reaching their financial goals in reducing debt increasing income and building assets (savings). Over 180,000 people supported to enroll in the Emergency Rental Assistance program. More than 800 tax returns completed for low-income households, returning more than $2 million in tax refunds. Assisting more than 480 people to enroll in Contra Costa Cares to receive health care. Provide down payment assistance to 26 Black first-time homebuyers. Supported and provided funds to launch 16 Black Women owned businesses.
