I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to Re-Establish Richmond, especially to Sheeba Adli, for the exceptional services provided to me, my husband, and my sisters-in-law. From assisting with our educational credential evaluations to facilitating our learning permit process and driving classes, Sheeba’s dedication and professionalism were truly remarkable. Beyond her efficiency and expertise, I sincerely appreciate Sheeba and her colleagues’ exceptional behavior. Their kindness, patience, and willingness to assist us at every step made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They maintained a highly professional yet friendly attitude, ensuring that we felt comfortable and well-informed throughout. It is rare to find such a committed and supportive team, and I truly value the effort they put into making these processes easier for us. I wholeheartedly recommend your services to anyone in need of reliable assistance. Once again, my sincere appreciation to Sheeba Adli and her wonderful team for their outstanding support. Keep up the fantastic work!

They have been instrumental in resettlement of refugees and facilitating dialogue between pertinent organizations and stakeholders supporting our newest neighbors! We are grateful for the work they do assisting newcomers with tools they need to succeed in an unfamiliar environment.

For over 7 years, I have been a volunteer with ReEstablish Richmond in various roles. In the beginning, I was called upon to train new volunteers who would be serving as English tutors. It was very rewarding and I looked forward to the quarterly trainings. I have continued to offer input and suggestions for the English tutors, and have assisted ReEstablish staff with ordering supplies, creating an assessment and in hiring teachers for the English classes held off-site.
Through my involvement with ReEstablish Richmond, I have had the opportunity to meet not only appreciative clients but also dedicated volunteers. After tutoring a newly arrived Afghan woman for one year, we became friends. I value our closeness and the time I spend with her family.
The staff has always been extremely supportive of me in all capacities and of course kind and culturally sensitive to all of their clients. Over the years the staff has grown and many wonderful AmeriCorps volunteers have crossed my path during their terms. What amazes me so much about all of the ReEstablish "family" is their spirit of hospitality and their collegial relationships with one another. There is always a positive air of "can do it-iveness" no matter what is needed to be done.
Whether it is assisting new drivers to obtain their licenses, teaching beginning sewing to anyone interested, modeling how to ride a bus, or how to apply for a job, ReEstablish is on board! Their annual Multicultural Festival, annual RAIVS summit, book club, and volunteer recognition endeavors are additional demonstrations of their caring, sharing and lifting up of their staff, clients and volunteers.
I am proud to be associated with ReEstablish Richmond and know they are a great non-profit in Richmond, Virginia. Richmond is lucky to have reaped the benefits of ReEstablish Richmond's 10 year history in the metropolitan area.
