My granddaughter, Teagan (Sweet Tea) has been fighting her way back from brain tumor and its subsequent surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, and post treatment impacts. Her inspirational courage is contagious. Her mom, Tatum, my daughter realized how lonely the experience of being a mother of a cancer kid is and inspired by Teagan has formed a non profit that's goal is to create an App that will connect parents of pediatric cancer kids so that they may support each other as only they can. This is one of non-profits that will make a difference in the lives of pediatric cancer families.

As a parent herself, Tatum Fettig (Founder/President) and her husband, Jeff, lives were forever altered in December 2016 when their two-year old daughter, Teagan “Sweet Tea” was diagnosed with medulloblastoma (a malignant brain tumor). Thrust into the difficult world of pediatric cancer, Tatum figured out a way to "give purpose to the pain". She’s been turning her entrepreneurial dream into a reality with this parent connection app. Never have a met a woman as committed to a cause as Tatum. When she's not being a wonderful mother to her kids, Tatum is at the helm, passionately leading her volunteers to ensure that this app comes to fruition. Thank you Tatum for bringing me onboard. Never have I felt better doing volunteer work!
