I wasn't looking to adopt right away, but when I found Boba I knew she was for me. She was afraid of people at first, so PPA allowed me to foster her in case it didn't work out. It didn't take long for her to get warmed up to me and my partner, and about a week into having her we wanted to adopt her. PPA was very communicative and quickly responded and made sure Boba was doing okay. I would recommend using them and will use them again if I decide to adopt more cats in the future.

This is such a great organization with a team that comes together when the help is needed. All the foster parents are home based and love and care for their dog as if they were their own.

I am Coach George I have been affiliated with NAYA since 2003 as a coach and mentor to local area youth in the community. I have literally watched this program change lives right before my very eyes. Volunteering as an intern has been an amazing experience with many potential skills to develop. I’ve truly enjoyed the gratitude and overall positive spirit the organization brings to all who want to make a difference!

My family and I were victims of a car accident a few months ago. I lost one of my legs, my wife had both legs injured, and our son lost one of his legs as well. Life has never been the same for us from that day on. We've been struggling to make it day by day through emotional stress and lack of finances to pay for treatment, care, and food. Justercare gave us hope. Their visit and gift to us left us confident and hopeful for a better future. We are undergoing treatment with the hope that while we will never get back to normal life with all our legs, we can complete our treatment, get good health, and care for ourselves. <br>Thanks to Justercare and all who contributed for your help. Rafiki Africa Ministries is a non-profit 501©3 based in Uganda. Rafiki Africa Ministries was founded by Joseph and Sara Kiwanuka in 2010 to fill the need of providing a safe home for children that have been abandoned and abused. In Swahili, a language of East Africa, Rafiki means “friend”. ..We focus on supporting & caring for orphaned Children & communities to educational, physical and spiritual for the purpose of impacting their world.. There are over 3 million orphaned children living in Uganda. Many of these children are orphaned by poverty, war, disease, and malnutrition. At Rafiki, the children are spiritually mentored and loved as they grow up. As these children grow older, the hope is for them to become responsible Christians and productive Ugandan citizens. Rafiki Africa Ministries is designed to not only help meet the needs of orphaned and suffering children in Uganda, but transform their lives. Rafiki Children’s Home is a refuge for children that have been abandoned or abused. The Children’s Home is staffed by qualified, caring Ugandans that create a family atmosphere. Believing that every life is priceless, we offer these children treasures that every child should be able to take for granted: such as security, dignity, and love. We believe that every child should have freedom to drift off to sleep at night knowing where their next meal is coming from, knowing someone will always be there for them, and knowing that they are safe from abuse or harm.

We started this non-profit in 2007 to help those women who have un-intended pregnancies. We provide free counseling, an Earn-While-You-Learn Program, and we help the mothers get needed items for their baby. We refer our Clients (Moms) to physicians and other social services available. Additionally we have resources to help them finish their education and help getting jobs when needed. We have churches that financially support the ministry but fundraising is a constant need to keep the ministry going. One way that people can help very easily. This group is abound with due diligence and mission critical competence. I worked with them to create a community education center and writing an oral history book. They are worthy stewards of the projects and moreover delightful people. There were 34 languages served in the community at the time. I hope everyone was as pleased as I was with their work.
