After attending Caring for the Homeless of Peekskill, Inc.'s 6th Annual Gala this past October I was amazed by the amount of community support that this organization received. Hundreds of local community members attended this event because they believe that CHOP, Inc. has made a positive impact on its local community. Through this event people were able to see that raising awareness for hunger and homelessness is a mission that needs to be recognized.
