I volunteered here for 4 years during high school. I've been involved at a lot of barns, therapeutic and otherwise, and this is by far the most professional, uplifting environment I've ever been in. My time here actually inspired me to go to school for therapeutic riding, and I'm getting path certified this semester. This is really an amazing place.

Causes: Animal-Related, Animals, Education, Health, Rehabilitative Care
Mission: High Hopes fosters a vibrant community where horse and human interactions improve lives!
Geographic areas served: High Hopes is one of the oldest and largest therapeutic riding centers in the United States, operating since 1974. We were one of the first PATH, Intl. accredited centers and served as a host site to the equestrian events for the Special Olympics World Games. This year we delivered over 6000 equine-assisted services, and served over 1000 individuals! Our incredible donors, 400+ volunteers, 22 staff, and our herd of 20 horses, are what makes our programs so impactful. We are so grateful for our community and those that contribute to our mission.
