Mission: Mcsa provides housing, basic health care, educational and vocational support services for those in need in muscatine county while working to reduce these needs through long-term social change in the community.
Programs: Homeless shelter - provides short term housing for men, women and children. Services include shelter, safety, and security, case planning, life and family skills training, and job and housing search support.
homeless prevention - provides stabilization services to families that are on the verge of homelessness.
domestic violence shelter - provides comprehensive, free, confidential 24-hour services and safe housing to individuals who are survivors of domestic violence, rape, and sexual assault and/or their non-offending family members.
