Elizabeth has helped with finding a place for an injured raccoon because she is so far from my location. She has been so inspiring that I am in the process and going through all the steps to open my own wildlife rescue in Tarpon Springs Fl. I have an extreme passion for all animals and Elizabeth and Little Bit Wildlife Rescue has really taught me so much.

Not sure just how many yrs now, at least 2, Scoobs popped upon my FB page as something I might be interested in. I have followed this rescue thru many changes, and will continue follow Elizabeth, Mike and all the volunteers . They do an awesome job with rescuing and releasing those able after rehab. And caring for the non released. I'm proud of their hearts for these animals,. I call Scoobs my big boy now cuz of all the changes that took place thanks to the care he has received and a huge shout out to Auntie HazelAnn for her work in particular with Scoobs to get him to the point he now is.

I follow Little Bit Wildlife Rescue to understand animal behavior. Fascinating information on wildlife. This site gives me knowledge of what to do and not do for animals welfare. I also gain an appreciation of animals which I've always had but now it is based on facts not misinformation.

Elizabeth and Mike truly are angels to the sweet babies at the rescue. They are always trying to make the rescue better for all the animals. Elizabeth gives all her energy to taking care of them and getting them ready for release. She gives therapy to the ones who need it. They educate people about all kinds of wildlife. When my cat was very ill, she helped me realize that her quality of life has slipped away and I needed to have her put to sleep... Which was very difficult for me...as it was three months after my mother had passed. They are the most kind people and truly have a great love for all animals.

Elizabeth is so accessible and so kind and willing to help. I have texted her countless times when I need advice on how to proceed with orphaned wildlife and she helps me know what to do and also helps me with placing orphaned wildlife if she is at capacity. She goes above and beyond!! She is my number one go to when I need help! I just can’t say enough good things about this wonderful person and her rescue ❤️

I begon following the page because it was too cute to watch those two little rascals Scoobs and Buddy, but then I could appreciate all the hard work and commitment they have to save those animals in need ❤️������

They are the best in taking care of the ones that have nobody, the wildlife. I am really happy to see their work and whenever I can donate/promote towards their work. My days became surely better since I've discovered these people and their care for wild animals. I am truly happy they exist.

Elizabeth and Mike take such great care of all the critters at the rescue! In addition, she shares videos on how to deal with particular situations/diseases that the animals deal with. This is important because the general public typically doesn't know what to do in many situations, and Elizabeth is so gracious to share her knowledge.

I have been following this rescue on Facebook for almost a year. The kindness and compassion shown to each and every creature at the rescue is just so uplifting! I have been following this rescue for years. The love and care for the animals they take in is boundless..I hav seen the love Elizabeth has every day,,and the pain she feels when an animal passes.She puts the animal before her personal life,abd going to great expense to make sure that all the animals have everything they need..She dosn't go on vacations,but devotes all her time to the animals she is rehabbing,and the ones thar aew o releasable.

This wildlife rescue organization is the best one serving Florida. They rescue innocent lives that deserve to be here just as much as we humans do. This is important work! We need these animals to help balance the ecosystem.

Getting daily video updates of the rescued individual animals helps a lot with connecting with them. They all have a story to tell and it’s such an enjoyment to watch them eat and interact with each other. I for one am glad that there are rescues out there that put so much love, effort and time into caring for wildlife like Elisabeth.

We had a tiny baby raccoon covered in mange and starving come to our door begging for food. We fed him for a couple days when he came begging a couple times a day. After a few days we brought him inside because he seemed to be doing worse and started to treat him for the mange. We search for a rescue to take him and we’re turned down UNTIL we called Elizabeth at Wright Ranch Rescue. Immediately she asked if we could bring him there. We went there and were absolutely impressed with Elizabeth and the rescue! She had a cage ready for him and to start treating him. We met many of the others she was rehabbing and raising the non releasable. Everyone was happy and very well cared for. She treated and raised Diamond the raccoon we brought and eventually released him back into the wild where he could have a wonderful raccoon life. Elizabeth knows her animals and is a caring, loving and amazing with what she is doing. She is what a nonprofit rescue is about, her love and care for the animals is obvious in what she does every day. Wright Ranch Rescue is amazing, they do what they do, like Elizabeth for their love of the animals.

Little Bit Wildlife Rescue (Aka wright ranch rescue) is run by Elizabeth A Pitts- one of the most loving and giving of all the rehabbers i have seen in my 60 years rehabbing animals.

I have watched this Non-profit save and rescue countless animals. The love and countless hours and they pour into each little soul is such a blessing for the animals. I have been following Wright Ranch Rescue (now Little Bit Rescue) for a few years now. I love how hard they work to save these wild animals from certain death. Those that cannot be release have a forever loving home. They educate those who don't know much about these animals too. I only wish I lived closer so that I could help in their care.

they are so living and caring and go out of their way to insure that any animal they get gets the best possible care so that they can be released back into their natural habitat. Also, they take such good care of the non releasable animals. They put their heart and souls into their rehab. I could go on and one. Needless to say, they are very loving and caring.

I found this rescue on social media a few yrs ago. They are honest and you can see how dedicated and caring they are to the animals. Especially with racoons, this rescue taught me to understand and see them differently. A great group I am happy to support!

I enjoy the content provided by this rescue immensely and feel that I have grown as a person and animal lover because of this rescue. Elizabeth and her volunteers seek to educate the public about wildlife and are helping to eliminate the myths and stereotypes surrounding certain animals. I have been following this wildlife rescue for many years. They are the ultimate best in caring for animals and showing true dedication to animal welfare. They sacrifice hours of sleep to do night feedings at regular intervals or drive hundreds of miles to rescue an animal in need, make harnesses for raccoons that are unable to walk independently so they can be up on their legs to exercise muscles, and so many other things, too numerous to mention! To know the rescue is to love them! They are so kind and caring and loving toward every creature. They educate others by sharing their wisdom and experience. I started following this page about 2 years ago and I absolutely fell in love with all the animals and the care and love and support they were getting from Elizabeth..She has the most kindest heart and does all she can to help rehab these animals. I mean seriously there are times when she is up all nite with very little sleep at all because she's feeding babies and helping the sick and wounded or off to rescue another. She has put so much into her rescue, I actually wish I lived in Florida so I could be a part of it with her. She's an amazing woman!

This charity is 100% about the animals. Very dedicated to every creature on earth, I've learned a lot from them about wildlife. Their life revolves around the care for each critter, true angels!

Found a sweet new squirrel that was blown out of her nest during the storm, Elizabeth didn't hesitate-and took her right in!

THEY ARE THE BEST!! THEY TOOK MY MESSAGE REALLY SERIOUSLY AND RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY TO THE SCENE TO RESCUE AND TREAT AN INJURED OPOSSUM. THE SWEET BOY OPOSSUM DID NOT SURVIVE BUT, AT LEAST, HE HAD THE CHANCE TO BE RESCUED AND DIE IN SOMEONE'S ARMS WHO CARED FOR HIM DEEPLY AS THESE PEOPLE DO.

I am Melanie Bompart, have been following Wright Ranch Rescue on facebook, I love what they do. Love all the little ones. I am a Vet Tech, over many years have raised and rehabilitated many animals. I live in North Augusta, South Carolina, 5 miles across Georgia border. / Augusta, Georgia. squirrels, opossums, flying squirrels, pen raised pet skunk, raccoons, 1 squirrel, ended up being a mouse, named him Mickey, ferrets, raptors / placed with proper rehab., sea gulls, worked with zoo animals such as polar bear with stress ulcers, black swan, jaguar, while working at Auburn University Vet School. There is less support for certain wildlife in these states. I love what Jeff and Elizabeth do, thank you for what you say about rabies, some states are still a little behind the times and poor attitudes. Give Buddy and Scoobs a kiss for me.

I am sub permitted under Wright Ranch Rescue's wildlife rehabilitation licence. I was new to wildlife rescue when I started with them and I have learned an incredible amount through them! Elizabeth has helped me immensely with the very steep learning curve, and I couldn't ask for a better mentor. She sacrifices everything for the babies she cares for, and I'm very proud to be a part of this amazing organization.

these people work non stop with multiple feedings of the animals..no time off...driving hours to pick up animals that need help. i don't know how they do it. and they bring happiness into my life every day when i see their wonderful posts about all the animals they take care of. if i was a millionaire i would definately give a large portion to these tireless people.

Their posts are always positive & advocate for the animals they rescue! Never have I been disappointed by them. I love the daily videos about different rescue animals and the information posted about the critters. I smile when I watch them and I am filled with love and respect for what they accomplish. I am retired with limited funds but when I am able to, I send funds to help. It is that important to me !

These two amazing people care about every animal they take in and strive to give every one of them the best life they can. I look forward to watching their videos every day because they are very inspiring. I also love to see the progression of the animals as they grow. The world needs more caring people like these two. They also make me smile with their commentary they never fail to make my day.

I found an injured baby squirrel on an early Wednesday morning and after calling and calling many places in the area, Wright Ranch Rescue was the only one that contacted me quickly. Elizabeth was at my location within an hour and once she arrived she was extremely caring and knowledgeable about the situation. They are very active on social media (mostly Facebook) which is fantastic as I can keep up in the recovery of the squirrel I found as well as donate to them whenever I have the spare change to do so.

Dedicated to the care of various small animals. We need more people like this!

With living in Ontario, Canada; I only have Facebook to keep me in touch with The Wright Ranch Rescue Inc., but anything that has been posted shows the bigtime love and dedication both Elizabeth & Jeff show and give to their massive amount of wildlife that they care for. Some of the wildlife they rescue are releasable which they have shown on videos but others have certain disabilities that make it impossible to release them back into their natural habitat. I only wish I lived closer because I would love to volunteer at the Wright Ranch Rescue!!

I have actually not had any personal experience with them but love what they do for all of their animals and enjoy their Facebook posts. They really have informed me about the care of injured animals which has helped me in my own community in Kentucky and I’m thinking about becoming a wildlife rehabbed too!

I follow and donate to this wonderful rescue that never turns an animal away. If they can’t care for it, they find the proper rescue for the animals. Over the years, I have laughed, smiled and cried with the wonderful couple who runs this nonprofit and care so deeply for their rescues and non-releasables, giving them a loving, comfortable home. They rescue raccoons, possums, squirrels, bats, birds, and any other animal they can accommodate. Many of these animals are newborn particularly possums and squirrels that they call pinkies, and have to tube feed multiple times a day. I am fascinated at how dedicated they are. There have been times when they have had more than fifty babies in their care, each species requiring different formulas and feeding methods. In addition, they are constantly providing interesting and educational facts about the animals in their care. They post daily videos, highlighting what they do, that are not only informative but at times quite funny. Their passion for their work is inspiring.

The Wright Ranch Rescue does an amazing job with all the little animals that come into their care. Those of us following them come to love these precious furries & look forward to each new update. As Elizabeth & Jeff work tirelessly to rehab these babies, they share photos & videos that educate as well as entertain. It's always bittersweet when we see it's time for them to release the animals back into the wild, but it's wonderful too in knowing they are back where they belong.

I came across "The Wright Ranch Rescue" when I was in a very dark place. Searching facebook for support groups and animal groups. The help they give me they do not see, they care and support their animals get I get too. I love how they care for any animal/ bird that comes in. The love they give is overwhelming and the antics of their fur family always puts a smile on my face. Jeff and Mr Nuts brighten my days. Scooby, buddy and Delila are just the sweetest.

I’ve been following the Wright rescue for about six months and I feel in love the all of the animals they take care of. I sent the rescue a donation knowing it went to help those wonderful babies they have.Elizabeth has so much care and compassion for all of the babies she takes care of.

Kind, compassionate, and funny! These folks try their best to give all animals that enter their doors love and security. They make sure to find homes for animals that need them and if they can't, they keep them themselves like their little raccoon friends who would never survive in the wild. These people give unheard animals a voice!

Wright Ranch rescue provides a glimpse into the world of wildlife rehabilitation. Watching them heal these little souls and releasing them again healthy is something beautiful to see. Watching the care they give to the non-releasables: scoobs, buddy and Delilah is so precious. I am extraordinarily busy with my life. The Wright ranch posts and videos are something I always make time for because it not only restores a bit of my faith in humanity. It also heals a bit of my soul. I love the work that they do. I love their resiliency. I love that they show their hearts on their sleeves. These little beings are important. Every one of their lives matters. I cry when they lose one. I cry with joy when their work is done and they are released. I cry when I see Scoobs wrapping his little hand around a fruit loop and feeds himself. These things matter. These things puts other things into perspective. The work that is done is done with love and empathy. Their devotion is evident. They change people’s perception in such a beautiful way. I can’t say enough positive things to get my point across. Love overflows with every post and every video. Love is what they share every day. Jeff and Elizabeth are selfless. They have angel wings. I am so impressed with the magnitude of animals in the care of Jeff and Elizabeth at The Wright Ranch Rescue. They are so attentive and kind to any and all the animals that come through their doors. And when it’s time for the animals to be released back into the wild, they look so happy and healthy. I’ve been following the Wright Rescue Ranch and have been in awe of the tireless devotion to each and every animal in their care. They go above and beyond anything that I’ve ever seen. All donations are put towards the care and well-being of the animals I wish there were more places like this it is truly one of a kind. I feel fortunate when I am able to donate monetarily or by donating supplies because I know it is going to good use.

Not sure when I saw the first video they posted but when I saw the work they do and the care and dedication they provide to these animals, I was amazed! Can’t believe people like this exist! They provide unbelievable support to wildlife in need. Please support this wonderful group!

I first was acquainted with The Wright Ranch Rescue through a video on Facebook. I consider myself a humane individual but quite honestly had not thought that much about wild animal needs. I have learned so much about possums, raccoons, skunks, bats and many more from rehabbers Jeff Wright and Elizabeth Pitts. They are so knowledgeable and caring about all animals but especially the wild ones. I wish they were able to go into schools and organizations to present programs about the various wildlife their habitats, and what you can and can't do concerning them. But they're only two people and they do their utmost best to take care of injured wildlife from neonates to adult through their various media outlets such as Facebook, You Tube etc. I live too far away from them to volunteer to help out in person but I from time to time send supplies(food/medicine) for the various animals. I wish I could afford to do more. I have witnessed their excitement when the can help an injured, sick animal pull through and be able to be re-released to their tears when all of a sudden, after all their help, one dies. I highly recommend The Wright Ranch Rescue for any award, money or recognition in a publication for their hard work and excellence in helping injured/sick wildlife to be able to continue their life in their habitat.

I have been following this rescue/rehab for about 6 mo. now due to changes in laws in my state and trapping/tail reimbursement for Pheasant Habitats. What Wright does has allowed me to understand the kindness that can be shown to all wildlife since we are taking over their habitat and making it smaller.
