Mission: Through the CBA, residents work with other institutions that serve these neighborhoods to shape a new vision and future for the city. CBA works to revitalize our communities by operating job training and economic development programs, building and renovating affordable housing, and ensuring that low-income neighborhoods get a fair share of city services.
