Mission: To surround students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life.
Results: Results show that our case-managed students who receive the most intensive supports are being the odds. Here's how: 95% of seniors graduate or receive their GED, 99% of students stay in school, 80% of students made progress towards their attendance goals, and 87% of students made progress towards their behavioral goals.
Target demographics: connect students and their families to community resources, removing barriers preventing them from being successful.
Direct beneficiaries per year: more than 35,000 students and their families.
Geographic areas served: More than 50 schools located in Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, and Iowa.
Programs: academic assistance, life skills, college & career prep, family engagement, mental health, basic needs, enrichment, physical health, behavioral interventions, and community and service learning.
