Causes: Hospices, Human Services
Mission: The mission of Heart of Hospice Foundation is to provide a fuller, more joyful hospice experience for our hospice patients and families serviced by Bristol Hospice Klamath Falls by providing emotional and financial support where needed. We do this through our three main programs: Joyful Hearts, Good Neighbor, and Life Celebrations.
Results: In 2023 over 150 individual patients were provided emotional or financial support through one of our three main programs.
